Due to limited space, we are unable to receive large packages prior to your arrival.Hyatt Place is one of Hyatt’s limited service brands, with a constantly increasing global footprint. Our Concierge will hold them for you until your arrival. We will be happy to receive your packages. Please call the Reception for specific Housekeeping requests from your in-room phone. In order to maintain your safety and comfort during COVID-19 pandemic, our Housekeeping team will not enter guest rooms to service throughout your stay. If you would like, we can arrange for a taxi or a private car transfer. We do not have a hotel shuttle that provides transportation to/from the Airport. Although smoking is not permitted within the hotel building itself, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. The Plymouth Beach Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. The hotel offers covered parking nearby for $40 per day with in/out privileges. This fee is waived for certified service dogs. A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee is required.
Wi-Fi is available in the public areas of the hotel and access to in-room Wi-Fi is included as part of the Hotel Service Fees.
